Its not cold!!
Somehow i knew this would happen, when everyone worries about how cold its going to be (for you) in Canada, you reach here and find that its absolutely hot. haha. The only difference is that the temperature drops really fast here so i expect all my TONNES of winter clothing to come in handy in a months time.
If the weather is going to be new to me, then the animals around here are also quite interesting. There seems to be squirrels everywhere around here, i dare venture to say that they are safer crossers of roads than i am. I must remember to ask whether the grey one, red one and the black one are of the same species. Like black and non black panthers. Only that if the panther is not black you call it a jaguar, or is it the leopard species?
Anyway, i think there is one squirrel that looks very much like a beaver. Unless of course it really is a beaver. I do stay too near Ontario River for comfort if that animal really is a wood chipper. Beavers are kind of cute except for their webbed feet, pointy front teeth and rubber slapping tail. Other than that, they are a bit big to be cuddily cute.
But of course, before i confirm my eyesight with an optometrist or my findings with some natives, the beaver could well be a capybara.
Thanks for all the well wishes people, pray that i can get a closer look at this beaver thing. haha.
